In a circular, the Deputy Minister of Research, Science, Research and Technology announced the tariff ceiling for the cost of arbitration and the publication of scientific journals.
Circular No. 40879 dated 24/02/1401 states:
The maximum processing fee that can be received from the authors for each complete article in the journals owned by private / non-governmental institutions (subject to paragraph 1-1 of the regulations) and scientific associations is set at 15 million Rials.
This journal follows the APC policy of charging review and publication fees from authors and publishing research results and articles to readers free of charge.
